ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We have an exciting opportunity in our Corporate Services team for an Coprate Services Administrator.

Reporting to the Manager Corporate Services, the position is responsible for the coordination of all head office facilities and corporate wide service provisions. The position is the first point of contact for the Port of Melbourne head office and is responsible for providing office, facilities and administrative support across the business.

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Ensure the corporate head office, including front of house, meeting room suite and kitchens are well maintained
  • Manage reception services including telephony, mail and courier services
  • Order and manage deliveries for office, stationery and kitchen supplies and equipment
  • Primary liaison with building management, cleaning, maintenance, and other contractors / suppliers in service support for the business
  • Support the employee induction program by delivering the Corporate Services induction to new employees to the business
  • Coordinate corporate travel arrangements across the business as required
  • Provide administrative support to the EGM People & Culture

 

The successful applicant will have:

 

  • Working experience in front of house office environments
  • Well-developed skills in MS Office suite of programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and working experience with SharePoint Online including document management and collaboration tools within a corporate environment
  • Working experience in finance and budget management systems and processesDemonstrated capability designing and delivering change management training, workshops and leader enablement programs.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining practical change management tools, templates and frameworks that are usable by the business.
